Our head chef Sarah Hill has absolutely nailed this one. This soup is one of a kind. Deliciously decadent and heart warming, rich and full of flavour this soup packs a punch. Subject to change flavour, so far our pumpkin and mushroom have been an absolute crowd favourite.
Served inside a house-made cob loaf, it is the exactly the perfect serve size. The house-made cob loaf pulls apart and combines a perfect contrast between doughy on the inside and crunchy on the outside.
Soup is a glorious soul warmer through winter, there is nothing quite like it. Simplistic and beautifully basic, when done right you just keep going back for more because of its classic undeniable charm.
Sitting at home in the backyard with friends and mums cob loaf, its one of those iconic meals that evokes memories of happiness stories of times surrounded by family and friends. Sarah geniusly thought to pair this dish with a hearty soup, creating a winter meal that brings you back to your roots.
