Sarah Hill has been in Newcastle for the last 7 years expanding her knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked at many prestigious establishments across town and comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and a fresh view for our venue. She has competed in multiple competitions and is an award winning chef.
